i have an obsession. (slow)
even as i am writing this, i am trying to figure out a way to distract myself from this ugly cycle.
i have also realized that i have subconsciously created a defense mechanism to counter the ridiculous compulsion.

Learning to say no, is quite hard. Especially to the things that you love to do. The only down side of it is the timing. My horoscope (I’m always a big fan of reading them) said that I should put aside social invites today, for very obvious reasons.
